I don’t know how many times I said that to myself. And other people.

Other people!!!! What must they of thought?

Yeah alright luv, eating enough McDonalds to feed a family of 5 isn’t “just 1 meal”

Did anyone else convince themselves of this utter bullshit or is it just me?

Now I convince myself to actually listen to my stomach, that little niggle that says you need to eat ain’t wrong. It’s ok to have breakfast like normal people.

If I could convince myself I was only eating 1 meal a day, then you & me can convince ourselves we can lose weight. Life doesn’t have to be like this if we don’t want it to.

Make yourself a mantra. Say it over & over. For days. For weeks. Get it stuck in your head.

Make shit happen.
