
Fry off some onions & peppers & chicken cut into strips with a tbsp of Fajita seasoning.
When it’s nearly cooked add in a tbsp of tomato puree & fry off for 5 minutes & leave to cool for 10.
Take a Weight Watchers wrap (Healthy Extra B) per person & fill each with the chicken mix & wrap up as tight as you can. Place in a oven proof dish.

Mix 500ml of passata with 1 tbsp fajita seasoning & a dash of Worcestershire sauce & pour over your chicken parcels.
Top with a Healthy Extra A choice of cheese per person & back in the oven for half an hour at 180°
