
- 275 ml Vegetable Stock
- 1.5 tsp Xantham Gum
- 1 tsp Mustard Powder
- 60 g Low Fat Cheddar
- Seasoning To Taste
This recipe comes from one of my members at my group & I can honestly say it is the best cheese sauce, that is Slimming World friendly, that I ever tried. It works amazing with cauliflower cheese, if you make it quite thick as well it could make a gorgeous white sauce for a lasagna.
To make this filthy gorgeous sauce, make up the stock in a small saucepan, add the Xantham gum & mustard powder, & whisk until all the powder has incorporated & the stock has thickened.
Add your 60 g of grated cheddar & seasoning, stir until combined & you’ve got cheesy, gooey heaven.
