Get 40g of Post Grapenuts (Healthy Extra B) & add a little hot water until soft & press down into a glass or ramekin type thing. You could melt a tsp of light butter or marg but who wants to add needless Syns?

Mix a tub of Lindahls Kvarg, I love the white chocolate flavour, with a Dairylea light cheese triangle till it’s smooth & layer on top of the Grapenuts & pop to chill in the fridge for a few hours.

I topped mine with a tbsp of Lotus Biscoff sauce. Lordy I could bathe in that stuff.

Variety is the spice

  • Add in sugar free flavoured syrup to the Kvarg
  • Top with a sliced banana & pop under the grill for a few minutes
  • Drizzle over a few defrosted cherries & juice
  • Mix in frozen fruit with the Kvarg before popping in the fridge
  • Top with a melted caramel Freddo
  • Mix in 2 tsp of PB chocolate peanut butter powder to the Kvarg, top with Lotus Biscoff sauce & few Smarties Buttons
